Request a return<\/h2>\n

  1. Email cs@stoga.com<\/a> with your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\n
  2. Wait for return approval and the instructions that apply to your order.<\/li>\n
  3. Pack the product securely with included parts and send it to the approved return address.<\/li>\n
  4. Keep the carrier receipt and tracking until the refund is completed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Returns sent without approval may be delayed or unable to be matched to an order.<\/p>\n

    Condition and inspection<\/h2>\n

    Products should be returned with included components and without damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper packing. STOGA will inspect the return and email the decision.<\/p>\n

    Refund timing<\/h2>\n

    Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider posting times are outside STOGA control. Return shipping arrangements and any applicable deductions will be stated in the return authorization before you ship.<\/p>\n
