Last updated: July 21, 2026. Eligible STOGA devices include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date.
What is covered
The warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal use that follows the supplied manual. STOGA may repair, replace, or provide another appropriate resolution after reviewing the claim.
What is not covered
Coverage does not include normal wear, disposable glue boards, cosmetic change that does not affect function, loss, accident, liquid exposure, misuse, improper charging, unauthorized repair or modification, or use that conflicts with instructions.
Make a claim
Email cs@stoga.com with the order number, product model, description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Do not mail a product until STOGA provides instructions.

This limited warranty gives specific rights and does not replace mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
