Tracking and address changes
Tracking information is sent to the order email when available. Contact jacobk@stoga.com promptly if the shipping address is incorrect. A change is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Delivery problems
If tracking shows a delivery problem, or the package arrives damaged, contact STOGA with the order number and supporting photos where relevant. Do not discard packaging until support responds.
